Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be available for tickets purchased for WAX Burner.
General refund policy
Refund requests can be made up to 10 working days before the scheduled event start date.
Requests made after this point are not guaranteed and will usually not be eligible for a refund.
Serious medical circumstances
In some cases, ticket holders with a serious medical condition, including where supported by a medical note, may be considered for an alternative to a standard refund.
This may include, at WAX’s discretion:
- transferring the ticket to a future WAX Burner event date
- issuing a WAX voucher of a similar value
Any such alternative will be offered at WAX’s discretion and will depend on the circumstances provided.
Event cancellations or postponements
If WAX Burner is cancelled or postponed, we will contact you using the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Where this happens, you may be offered one of the following options:
- a full refund
- transfer of your ticket to a rescheduled date, where applicable
Any available options will be explained in the communication sent to ticket holders.
Changes to this policy
WAX reserves the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time.
Any changes will apply only to ticket purchases made after the updated policy takes effect.
